Full Description:
Brigadier-General Archibald McArthur to Carleton. St Augustine, Florida. Encloses the Commissary's return of provisions as they stood on the '25th ultimo', exclusive of one hundred and forty-one barrels of rice since purchased. Provisions are being issued to the refugees to the end of July. Flour only is needed to supply them to the end of September. The provisions were not all landed at St John's two days ago.
