Full Description:
City and County of New York. Coroner's inquisition. Sworn before Coroner William Waddell Esquire, with regard to the body of William Yeats, late carpenter and mason. He was found dead upon Ten Eyck's Wharf, near Coenties Slip in the Dock Ward of New York. Signed and sealed by Waddell and twelve others.
