[Carleton] to Richard FitzPatrick. New York. Three letters. Number 41, encloses the proceedings of a Board of Enquiry ordered to examine the claims of the officers of the king's American Regiment against Lieutenant-Colonel Campbell, together with their memorial in consequence of the decision of the board. Number 42, encloses a list of promotions and leaves of absence. Number 43, encloses the memorial of Captain Scott of the 17th Regiment of Foot and recommends him for the rank he requests.
