Full Description:
R Molleson, Waggonmaster-General. A plan for reducing the Waggon Department to as low an establishment as possible being required of one. Submits what follows as apparently adequate to the duty necessary to be performed. Shows proposed service for New York Island and Staten Island. Also should the troops remain on Long Island at New Town, Flushing, Jamaica, Flatlands, Gravesend, Wrecht, Denys's, Flatbush, Gwana's and Brooklyn, and in the event of collecting the troops within less bounds such as Bushwick, Bedford, Flatbush, Gwanas and Brooklyn. Gives an abstract with headings for New York and Staten Islands, the circuit of Brooklyn, and New York and Staten Islands, Brooklyn and the circuit of Jamaica. Signed by Molleson.
