Full Description:
Nathaniel Chandler to Carleton. New York. Memorial. He is late of Petersham, Massachusets Bay but as he has now been banished from there, he is in England. That due to his loyalty and consequent losses he was allowed to receive £150 per year, payable quarterly, and is now desirous of going in the next fleet to Nova Scotia. Requests that His Excellency will permit him to receive the current quarterly allowance and one other to enable him to provide himself with the necessary stores for his voyage.
