Full Description:
Account of sundry stores sold at public auction by order of the Commissary-General as per particular account in his office. Items include 2,530 saddles, 12 gross breast plates, 348 pairs of boots, 1,671 horsemen's cloaks and 21,000 needles. Totalling £34,300 17s 1d after deduction of £905 19s 4d made up as to commission, advertising and £13 0s 0d paid to William Hyer for making 1,000 tallies &c. Signed 'Errors excepted' John Tench & Company, auctioneers, and James Lodge, storekeeper.
