Full Description:
Robert Andrews to Carleton. New York. Memorial. Has already presented two memorials against Lieutenant-Colonel Emerick who is still owed £24 currency for work done for his regiment of chasseurs in 1778; that he has been greatly distressed for the money and as Emerick is about to leave the country asks that Carleton order payment.
