Full Description:
[Carleton] to Parr. The bearer, Lieutenant de Freyenhagen, late of the Regiment de Donop, having obtained permission from the Landgrave of Hesse to retire from his service, wishes to settle in Nova Scotia; is well spoken of by Lieutenant-General Lossberg and has served in America during the war; recommends him for Parr's favour, assistance and such grants of lands as are made to others in his situation.
