John Ross, lieutenant commanding the 71st Regiment, to Carleton. New York. Representation. Explanation of the accounts of the different companies. Refers to the Grenadier Company taken prisoner at Stoney Point, the loss of the company's books &c. Asks that an order be given for the payment of £1,400 5s sterling to the commanding officer of the 71st Foot Regiment.
