Full Description:
Confession of John Power, copper plate printer of Waterford, Ireland. That the paper purporting to be a memorial to General Birch is is in his handwriting; that during the war he printed some millions of paper money bills, his reasons for doing, by whom and where employed but he will die rather than disclose names. Details the events of the preceeding ten days when he was approached to manufacture counterfeit Morris bills of which he made 75 for William May who took them immediately they were printed. The warning given to him before his arrest.
