Full Description:
Carleton, New York to Governor John Park. Forwards details of loyal British residents of New York who are concerened about their future once British troops withdraw. They wish to remove to Nova Scotia and settle there. They have nominated the Reverend John Sayre and others to act as their agents in soliciting on their behalf lands in that province. He highlights the benefits to the province of such a body of loyal subjects.
