Full Description:
Wessel Bowen. Petition to Carleton. States that he has been allowed for his services, plus rations and one shilling a day for wounds and loss of eyesight. Asks that it may now be paid plus payment of an allowance. Supported by certificate dated 3 August 1783 from New York, signed by James Farquar.
