Full Description:
Richard Gregory, Isaac Teed, Simon Outhouse and Gilbert Brundage, New York to Carleton. A Petition. They are accused of robbing Paulus Lent but can clear themselves. Request an early trial. They provide a deposition by William Ogden and John Betts proving alibi for Gregory and Brundage; plus a certificate from Anthony Fiva, Deputy Court-Martial, as to the 'querellous' temper of Lent; also depositions of Elizabeth Brundage, Elizabeth Purdy and Mary Brundage providing an alibi.
