[Carleton] to Governor John Parr. Encloses a memorial in respect of various merchants and residents of New York who because of their loyalty to the crown are in peril if they remain in New York. They will send their agents, Messers. Watson and Harvey to solicit grants of land in Nova Scotia. Wishes to recommend them to Parr.
