Full Description:
Brook Watson, Commissart-General's Office, New York to Major Mackenzie. As flour has arrived at Halifax from England, and considering that there is just enough flour in the King's stores in this district for 20,000 rations a day for 80 days from today, he wishes that the flour contract be adjusted upwards to 3,000 barrels to be delivered here [to New York?], instead of as termed in the contract to Halifax.
