Carleton, New York to Richard FitzPatrick pleads the case of army chaplains lately put on the British [Military] Establishment and recently being superceded at home. Being: Mr Buringtron of the Royal Garrison Battalion, Mr John Sayre of the British Legion, Mr Agnew of the Queen's Rangers, Doctor Seabury of the King's American Regiment, and Mr Odell of the King's American Dragoons, all recently compelled to quit their positions.
