Full Description:
Governor John Parr, Halifax to Brigadier-General Fox. Has received numerous complaints that several persons from the American state of Massachusetts have crossed the territory's western border and are illegally settling in Nova Scotia. As these lands are earmarked for legal settlers he asks that proper measures are taken to protect and secure the boundry from such encroachments.
