Full Description:
Simon Noxon, inhabitant of Dutchess County, to Carleton. New York. Petition. Was insulted, abused and imprisoned by the Rebels for his loyalty until he submitted to their law. His losses. Since the peace is threatened by the people; asks to come with his family within the British lines and may be permitted to share the privileges granted to other suffering Loyalists. With a certificate by Samuel Jarvis, and another signed by Bartholomew Crannell and Samuel Mabbett.
