Full Description:
Account of cash paid by Captain Charles Handfield to non-commissioned officers and men of Absent British Corps between 25 June and 24 August 1783 inclusive. Listed under, regiments, men's names, upon what account, amount against each man of subsistence, number of rations, number of days, and hospital stoppages. Subsistence against each man of the regiments totalling £77 1s 3¾d, rations totalling £15 3s 6½d and hospital stoppages totalling £28 15s 8d. Signed by Handfield and examined by Shipman.
