Full Description:
Provision return for East Florida, 25 August 1783. Shows what remains in the magazines at St Augutine, what is to be purchased, is wanted for the troops, due to refugees, due to 'negroes', deficient and over. List includes, flour, beef, pork, butter, rice, oatmeal, peas, and rum. Signed by Frederick William Hecht, Assistant-Commissary-General.
