Full Description:
Duncan Drummond, Commissary of Accounts to Major Frederick MacKenzie. New York. The Board of Accounts being desirous of finishing the Halifax accounts, he requests any remaining in MacKenzie's possession. As considerable sums have been granted on warrants for carrying on the service at Penobscot and other departments at Halifax for which no accounts have been produced, asks him to communicate with the Commander-in-Chief, that steps may be taken for the production of them with the vouchers.
