List of warrants for extraordinaries granted by His Excellency Sir Guy Carleton, General and Commander-in-Chief on William Deane Poyntz Esquire, Deputy-Paymaster-General in New York, between 1 July and [12 July] 1783. Document 40 pages. Listed under, dates, in whose favour, amount in sterling, and upon what account. Recipients include, Thomas Aston Coffin, the staff officers of His Majesty's General Hospital at New York, Mr Thomas Walker, Mr James McCormick, Lieutenant John Ross, Stephen Payne Adye, Lieutenant James Donavan, Major Thomas Murray, Brigadier-General Montfort Browne, the extra staff officers of the Adjutant-General's Department, and Ensign William Lambton.
