Full Description:
Kezia Coffin, Quaker to Carleton. Petition. discusses a matter of complaint against a certain company in the city with regard to some mercantile transaction. Asks that his case be more fully examined than that the Board seems willing to do. Noted on the reverse of the document that the Commander-in-Chief can appoint no other court for the examination of this matter in this country, and signed by Deputy Adjutant-General Frederick MacKenzie, 3 September 1783.
