Full Description:
Philip Linderbeck to [Doctor Nooth]. Memorial. Copy of a memorial given by inderbeck, refugee and patient at the College Hospital to His Excellency General Carleton about two months ago on account of which he received £5 as present relief for his family. [Noted in the Calender that this memorial was dated 11 June 1783]. He was badly wounded in both arms by the rebels, and his family has suffered greatly by sickness occasioned by the smallpox. They are in extreme distress without support and begs immediate assistance.
