Full Description:
Captain Francis Stephenson, Queen's Rangers to Carleton. Memorial. That he quitted Virginia in 1776 and has been in the army ever since leaving a valuable property amongst the Americans. In the course of the war he has been wounded, is now under orders of embarkation and owes several debts. Humbly solicits some compensation for his suffering and losses, and which will relieve him from the embarrasement of his situation.
