Full Description:
Richard Bell, surgeon to [Major William Anstruther], Bermuda. Relates that the Governor wishes him and his [rather aged] troops to move immediately to Nova Scotia. Concerned that such a move would prove fatal personally and to his men. Requests that they be allowed to remain in Bermuda until Spring. Encloses a list of sick among Royal Garrison Battalion
