Full Description:
Governor William Browne of Bermuda to Carleton. When Lieutenant Durnford arrives he will be assisted. Points out that the Royal Garrison Battalion troops are very unfit for immediate transfer to a colder climate [Nova Scotia] [See Item No. 9012]. Will also urge the inhabitants to look at the best ways of strengthening their security.
