Full Description:
Captain S Kollock, Loyal American Regiment, New York to [Carleton]. While under the commands of Major-General Phillips and Brigadier-General Arnold, he employed people for intelligence purposes paying them from his own pocket 75 Guineas [£78 15s]. With the death of Phillips and the departure of Arnold, while he himself was sick, means he cannot claim a refund without their support. Asks for repayment.
