Ensign John Miller, British Legion to Carleton. Shelburne [Nova Scotia]. Memorial. Conscious of the good intention to promote welfare and happiness in Nova Scotia, Miller solicits Carleton's interest and kind recommendation to the Commissioners of His Majesty's Customs in London, in order to obtain the Collectorship of the Port of Shelburne.
