Full Description:
Governor John Parr to Carleton. Halifax. Received dispatches accompanied by copies of letters from Lord North and His Majesty. Discusses the memorial presented with regard to grants of land for the British American Corps and the people leaving Penobscott who will be arriving at Passamaquoddy. Notes that he will take due care of the settlement of the discharged German officers and soldiers.
