James Putnam, Deputy Barrackmaster-General to Lieutenant-Colonel De Lancey. Barrackmaster-General's Office, New York. Reports that there is a quantity of barrack bedding, furniture and utensils in the stores which were received from Lieutenant-Colonel Crosbie, part from the foreign troops who have sailed for Europe and part from the different corps who have encamped this season. Requests that persons may be appointed to survey the same.
