9168. Major William Anstruther, Bermuda to Carleton. Regarding Lieutenant Durnford's arrival, he will look after him well and will ensure that all is necessary, having spent £200 (Bermuda currency) for the house and cistern. Asks for his help regarding his son's [Phillip] welfare currently in Glasgow for his education.
