Full Description:
Governor John Parr, Halifax to Carleton setting out at great length the arrangements he has put in place for the arrival of both civilian and military personnel in Nova Scotia from New York. Relates to the settling of Germans under Captain Molitor (the plight of 23 Waldeckers in particular) near Annapolis, and Passamaquoddy where there is a great quantity of lumber and good fishing. Having made considerations to the Priovincial Corps on the River St John's, alloting lands to the agreement of every individual Loyalist.
