Full Description:
Thomas Buchanan, New York to Major Upham. Forwards the names of men who on the night of 3 March stole from alongside the ship 'Eagle', then ashore on the Battery Rocks, the sloop 'Katty' loaded with rum, sails, guns, and water-casks belonging to the 'Eagle'. These were landed at Elizabeth Town, New Jersey. Their names were: William Crain, Thomas Quigly, William Williamson, Meline Miller, Moses Hetfield, Robert Spenser, Samuel Heryman and John Hanyan.
