Full Description:
[Fred Mackenzie] to Brigadier-General Fox. Forwards an extract of pay due to some officers and men of the King's Orange Rangers, who en route to Newfoundland were shipwrecked and obliged to go to England. Payment was made to Lieutenant-Colonel John Bayard, on account and should be deducted. The Commander-in-Chief will remit to Halifax money for supply of the military chest there. Bills must not be drawn at a lower rate than 2½% above par; dollars at 4s 6d.
