Brook Watson, Commissary-General's Office to Major Frederick Mackenzie. New York. Informs that Captain Morris, 43rd Regiment will travel to Bermuda on board the brig 'Hibernia' where he will recieve provisions and then proceed to St Augustine. He is likely to reach port before a vessel arriving from New York. Suggests that the Commander-in-Chief may wish to take advantage of this by sending mail via the 'Hibernia'.
