Full Description:
Jonathan Clews to Carleton. Memorial. He was a prisoner of war from the 24th Regiment, and wishes to collect overdue pay. Informed by Captain Hanfield that he cannot pay anthing as he has not received the returns. Requests speedy resolution of the matter as he is now discharged and ready to go to Nova Scotia.
