Full Description:
Isaac Haulenbeck to Carleton. Memorial. Was paymaster to Colonel Buskirk's battalion. Was unaware of the necessity of settling with his former paymaster and is required to pay the whole stoppage of a quarter's rations which have reduced him to poverty and debt. Is going to Nova Scotia and asks for a bounty or relief. Endorsed by Colonel Buskirk.
