[A]. Henry Vanderburgh to Carleton. Petition. Finds that his name was struck off the list of refugees; was sick the whole summer, this prevented his leaving the city. Begs a pension of £25 quarterly, that may be continued so he may discharge his debts incurred during illness before he leaves for Nova Scotia.
