Full Description:
Major Frederick Mackenzie, Deputy Adjutant General, to Brigadier-General Fox. The Commander-in-Chief, nervous that refugees going to Port Roseway, Annapolis and St John's River had left too late in year, and would suffer from bad weather, so requested that temporary buildings were constructed to hold supplies being sent to help them through the Winter.
