Full Description:
Captain J Blucke, Commandant's office, to the Deputy Adjutant General, Major Frederick Mackenzie,. A letter regarding an American party of nine, ordered from their farms on the accusation of being Tories, and now sought passage to Nova Scotia, to join other refugees. Having nothing to support them, so needed any relief they could get.
