Full Description:
Captain Charles Handfield, Paymaster, absent corps. A letter from New York containing an 'Account of Balances' paid to soldiers drafted from the Convention Army, being due to them from their former corps as approved from certificates left by those regiments, and approved by the Boards of which Major Graham, 37th Regiment, and Lieutenant-Colonel Gordon, 80th Regiment, were presidents, for the sum of £39 15s 0½d, in total.
