Full Description:
Humphrey Wady to Carleton. Memorial regarding a request for clothing on going to 'Anopy Royal' [Annapolis Royal], with certification from John Morris, Colonel of the New Jersey Volunteers, and Thomas Leonard, Major, New Jersey Volunteers. Note on reverse from Major Frederick Mackenzie (dated 16 October), stating that he 'cannot be attended to'.
