Full Description:
William Waddell, coroner, and twelve named jurors. Inquisition taken at the house of David Haltridge in Montgomery Ward, City and County of New York on the body of Thomas Kichon who was drowned in the East River, late a seaman aboard the 'Betsey', commanded by Captain Thomas Mercer. Accompanied by the depositions of Jane Haltridge (wife of David Haltridge) and Ebenezer Willson, Chief Mate of the said ship.
