1st Battalion 42nd, or Royal Highland Regiment commanded by General Lord John Murray. Account of 61days' subsistence for the commissioned staff and non-commissioned officers and privates including two named captains, 11 named lieutenants, 34 sergeants, 26 corporals, one drummer and 293 privates over the establishment from 25 August to 24 October 1783 inclusive. £1,749 14s 6d.
