Full Description:
Brook Watson, Commissary-General's Office, New York to Major Mackenzie. Notes that there is a horse corn grinding-mill in the stores which if sold would raise little money. He suggests that it be given to the body of people of the Civil Department going to Nova Scotia, for use there.
