Full Description:
Lieutenant Cunningham, 80th Regiment. The proceedings of a Court of Inquiry held at Fort Knyphausen, under the presidency of Captain William Braban, 38th Regiment, on the misconduct of Lieutenant Cunningham. Dispute with regard to a Mrs Muir, wife of a sergeant. Officers inform the court that a letter to Cunningham indicates that he will refuse to do duty with him; letter dated 5 August from King's Bridge.
