Full Description:
George Miller to Carleton. New York. Petition. Is a Loyalist refugee from Maryland. After a journey of over 300 miles he arrived yesterday with his wife and seven children to partake of the King's bounty in being transported to any of his dominions. Prays his place and transport, not being able to maintain himself and family in this town.
