[Carleton] to Governor Parr. New York. Recommending Samuel Burling for grant of lands in Nova Scotia as a Loyalist who cannot safely remain in this country, where he has been possessed of a considerable property which he proposes to relinquish for the sake of an asylum in Parr's Province.
