Full Description:
[Carleton] to Governor Parr. New York. Recommending the Reverend Mr Brudenell, who is not unknown to Parr. Proposes to settle on such land as may be granted to him in Nova Scotia; intends to reside for some time at least in the district now settling near Annapolis and would doubtless contribute to the public benefit if invested with authority as a civil magistrate.
